My professional journey began in construction and property management in 1988. In 1999, I took home inspection courses to enhance my ability to purchase investment properties. I became a Realtor in 2004, gaining access to the MLS and the top listings available. The following year, I became a Mortgage Broker to deepen my understanding of property financing.
I am a proud member of several organizations including the National Association of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, the Pinellas Realtor Organization, and the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council. I also participate in the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce, serve as a Director for the Vina Del Mar Island Association, and hold the position of Treasurer for NeedHunters, a non-profit organization. Additionally, I am a devoted husband and father to seven amazing children.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family with whom we homeschool, making many of our activities educational. While it can occasionally resemble a part-time job preparing meals for 9 people, my passion for cooking and seeing everyone finish their meals brings me great joy and makes it all worth it, and grilling and smoking is another way I love to keep it interesting with new various dishes and flavors. Some day I envision the kids all taking over the meals and my wife and I sit down to eat and it's hot and we do not have to cut anyone's food or do any dishes!!!
St. Pete Beach ranks among the best places to reside in the USA, and we feel incredibly lucky to have it right in our backyard. I particularly love fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, shark teeth hunting, biking, and exploring our country while glamping in our travel trailer at stunning state parks—an advantage that emerged from the Covid pandemic, as it accommodates our entire family, and really sealed the deal for tent camping in such a warm environment. Once you get off the ground and have AC it's hard to go back.
Florida is such an amazing state as the top, middle, and bottom are three different worlds, and temperatures, and full of history, breathtaking springs, and so many different activities and entertainment, we feel very fortunate to live here and have the ability to take advantage of all it offers.
