Emailed to 1000's of buyers and 2700 real estate agents. Mailed to hundreds of local neighbors. Viewed 2773 on Zillow in the first few days with 73 of those shoppers who saved the home. Facebook ad's and an amazing listing video tour allowed this home to go under contract in less than a week and that was after negotiating two offers and accepting a cash buyer.
